  Terrible experience last night at north side location in drive thru. Employee was so disrespectful and rude, she was annoyed immediately as we ordered and showed no concern for getting our order correct. Not only was the customer service the worst I've ever had, she got the pita's so wrong we couldn't even eat them. She didn't steam the pita bread OR fold the pitas so they fell apart immediately, she didn't put the correct veggies on the grill nor did she put the right veggies in the pitas, she didn't put bbq sauce on the grill as requested, and she said she couldn't toast them because she had already turned off her machine. Extremely annoyed with this experience and management will be receiving an official complaint today about this employee.
