  The seats are very crowed; there is little space for people to get in and out when needing to leave their seats. I spent the majority of time standing up to make room for other guests to do whatever they needed to do (in and out, in and out) - I wouldn't have minded if I didn't need to leave my seat each time!. They need to remodel to allow guests to move more freely without disturbing others. Im sure with the prices for food and tickets, they should be able to come up with something reasonable.

  The cinema needs to be completely remodeled. It's old, sticky, and falling apart. There is only only one theater that has stadium seating, the rest are all floor seating. The lines are ridiculous and wait times are long because there is no reserved seating and it is all very poorly organized. If you're from out of town, don't waste your money.

  I had not watched a film at this location in over a decade and was disappointed to see that in all of that time, nothing had changed but the prices. No Timeplay functionality, limited and non-preferred seating, old technology showcasing modern films at modern prices. It would be nice to see a new location that can compete with others. I'd rather drive to Saint John to get the experience that I'm paying for.
