  I really like the nachos here. Service can be a bit slow at times but overall a pleasant experience. One fault with my last visit is wait staff did not offer drink refills; however that is not typically an issue.

  I was going to rate this a bit less, however my visit recently was very nice. It started off rough with us waiting almost 15 minutes after being seated to even be seen to get drinks and the place was not busy, however a different server noticed and came by; she apologized quite a bit and promptly got us drinks, she then gave us our desserts for free which were almost a 20 dollar value. It turned my night around so much I certainly decided to reinstate the tip I wasn't going to give. Great service :)

  Nice comfortable place. Staff supper friendly and fast. Prizes are reasonable and plates and portions are big. Food is tasty.

  Never before have I left an all-you-can-eat hungrier than arriving. Seated quickly due to getting a reservation because previous experience taught me that I won't be seated promptly if at all without one. Approx 10 minutes later finally seen by a waitress to order drinks but doesn't take our food order. Drinks finally arrive and a 7up tastes like soda water and my budweiser is stale as. When food finally arrives it starts out good but the quality decreases throughout the night as the amount of customers increases. The insanity wings were great and perfectly hot. Sweat. Tears. The works. But it took far too long to get more water and in fact the only time we got refills of water or any other drinks in fact was when we asked for it specifically. It never occurred that when we wanted more food we would want our pitchers refilled. To sum up the night my friend ordered a dessert and when it arrives my friend says this isn't what I ordered. The waitress rolled her eyes. Keep in mind I'm the only one that ordered a beer. And only one at that due to how gross it was. We're all being civil and more occupied watching TV than eating. So yeah. One star.

  The staff are friendly, the service is always great, we have alot of family celebrations here at Jungle Jim's and we are never disappointed! Definitely a restaurant for an entire family of all ages! They accommodate well to the children! I love the atmosphere, and the food is amazing!
