  Terrible customer service!! And very rude manager! They messed up our take-out order and we when returned to the restaurant with the food, not only was the manager rude, but was arguing that they would never mess-up our order and that it was all our fault. I was standing right beside my sister when she placed the order over the telephone and when we picked-up the order it was completely different. The manger insisted that she never makes mistakes! Really? Well, it's not the first time they have messed-up our order over the telephone. But the most irritating thing was how ignorant the manager was! I was so surprised. Last time I will never eat there again!!

  What a treat to have some authentic pho, though a bit mild. Adding the lemongrass Tom Yum gives some spice but I think you could use the Level 3 or Saracha (level 4) hot sauce in the broth to achieve the same. We also ordered the won tons and chicken rolls and they were very tasty. Well worth a visit, especially in the winter months. Do call ahead because it was empty when we started eating but then a bus rolled in and the place was packed!
