The staff is wonderful and food/drink great and of course CANADIAN Company. I was a loyal customer for a couple of years but the facility is falling apart. Leaky ceiling, men's urinal didn't work for months. One side of the room is too cold another side too hot. Just about every table wobbles. I'm now a Starbucks customer. Sorry but need a nice comfortable environment to write.

Less expensive than Starbucks but more pretentious than Tims or MsDicks. Their pastries are alright at best and overpriced but their drink selection clearly shows thought and effort.
