  I don't know why, but i went there two time and everytime i had hot choclate, and everytime there is NO TASTE OF ANY SWEET, I am wondering if the machine is broken or it's just they don't know how to make hot chaclate.

  Staff was friendly and inviting. This is a very busy location with limited parking and drive thru access. It is great to have a convenient location downtown but either walk or come in Northbound on Regent street to access the Drive Thru. Restaurant was clean with very good select.

  Twice in the last week my daily Tim's has been marred by some unknown employee at this location tampering with the rim's of the coffee cup. Raises concerns with me on their level of hygiene and the potential for a rate hike to cover the costs of this extra service

  Stopping at this location has become a daily morning ritual for me, not just for the coffee, but also for the smile that the staff always puts on my face each and every time. They make you feel so welcomes, get your order ready at an amazing speed each and every time, and everything always tastes great.
